How much Panadol Can I give my baby?
The usual dose of paracetamol for children is 10-15 mg per kilogram of weight. In other words, if a child weighs 20 kg it should have 10-15mg x 20, which is 200-300 mg. This dose can be taken once every 4 to 6 hours, up to 4 times in 24 hours if needed.

Can you mix paracetamol with milk for babies?
If you don’t have a syringe or spoon, ask your pharmacist for one. Do not use a kitchen teaspoon as it will not give the right amount. If your child doesn’t like the taste, you can give them a drink of milk or fruit juice straight after giving them the syrup.

You can mix Children’s Panadol in water or fruit juice to help mask the taste of paracetamol. Paracetamol has a bitter taste, which may be the reason why your little one has difficulty.

Infants: 3 months to 1 year: 2.5 to 5 ml (60 to 120 mg). Repeat dosage every 4 to 6 hours if necessary, but not more than 4 doses in 24 hours.
